Our ethical reputation is all our concern.
We need to maintain a good dialogue at every level and feel that we can discuss matters of concern with our colleagues and our managers. As an employee you need to have confidence that you can come to us with your concerns and that they will be taken seriously and dealt with sensitively, without fear of reprisal. It is not an option for any of us, particularly in light of the Bribery Act, to turn a blind eye to conduct that may jeopardise Thales' reputation and business.
Since the launch of our awareness campaign, we have received over 115 cases via the ethics helpline and e-mail addresses or in face-to-face meetings.
You will find the Bribery Act presentation set out below. Once you have viewed the materials and answered the multiple-choice questions, please confirm that you have completed this training by entering your details in the boxes on the right and pressing the submit button. Please note that you will also need to enter your TGI/SGI number.
